We’re looking for a persistent, positive, and people-savvy Call Center Rehash Specialist to reconnect with leads who didn’t convert the first time around. Your mission? Re-engage, rebuild interest, and help close the deal with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to previously contacted or inactive leads to reintroduce our services
- Handle objections with confidence and turn hesitation into opportunity
- Update customer records and track interactions in our system
- Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to think on your feet
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience (a plus, not required)
- Resilience—you don’t get discouraged by rejection
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM systems
