We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
As a Home Care CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also monitor clients’ well-being, provide companionship, and promptly report any health or safety concerns.
Your ability to work with diverse client needs—ranging from elderly individuals to those with chronic illnesses or disabilities—will be key to success in this role. Compassion, patience, and professionalism are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for someone who embodies those values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare meals, provide feeding assistance if needed, and encourage proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional health to the supervising .
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification (state-approved).
- CPR Certified
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a home setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and observation skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing excellent care.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
