About the Role
You will own projects. When a law firm needs trial materials ready for a Monday morning courtroom, you make that happen. You receive the job, run the production, quality-check the output, and get it where it needs to go — on time, every time.
You'll run deliveries across a South Florida circuit — Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Miami — in a company vehicle. A valid Florida driver's license is required. We hire you first for your ability to run the operation, second for your ability to drive it there.
Equipment is learned on the job. We train everything. What we can't train is reliability, ownership, and composure under a real deadline.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage production jobs from start to finish
- Operate production equipment (full training provided)
- Quality-check all output before it leaves the building
- Deliver materials across the South Florida circuit in a company vehicle
- Load and unload materials — this is active, physical work
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to load, unload, and move materials throughout the shift
- Organized, reliable, and able to work without close supervision
- No industry experience required
Schedule & Compensation
- $38,000–$40,000 annually
- Amazing schedule — some of our team choose to work 3×12s
