Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, managing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy through multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions.
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings to optimize team productivity.
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Handle inbound calls and guide conversations with ease and professionalism
- Maintain accurate filing systems, manage document organization, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle front desk duties professionally while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and multi-tasking across various responsibilities. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients while supporting the internal team’s efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- CRM experience is a plus
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
