Overview
Join our retail team as a Stocker/Cashier, where you’ll play a vital role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. This position combines the fast-paced responsibilities of stocking shelves and managing product displays with the friendly, customer-focused duties of operating the cash register. You’ll be the friendly face that helps customers find what they need, complete their transactions smoothly, and leave with a positive impression of our store.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be 18+ for this position.

Duties
- Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products, ensuring accurate placement, and maintaining attractive displays to enhance store merchandising.
- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, and answering questions about products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store/work area.
- Check ID's to verify legal drinking age and comply with all legal requirements.
- Follow all store policies and state liquor laws.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide clear information about products and services.
- Previous experience with POS systems and retail math is preferred (not required).
- Demonstrated cashiering skills including cash register operations, cash handling, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Reliable and Punctual for all shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 25+ pounds.
- TIPS or STOP certification (if you don't already have one, we will get you certified once you start).
