The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic RN — available as a 1099 independent contractor or part-time, who is ready to step into a thriving, supportive environment and build something meaningful.

What you will be doing:
- Performing advanced injectable treatments across the full face, neck, and hands — Neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and more
- Conducting comprehensive full-face evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans
- Recommending and selling medical-grade skincare — including SkinBetter Science and Obagi — as part of a complete aesthetic experience
- Performing chemical peels including VI Peel and other advanced skin treatments
- Collaborating with our medical and wellness teams to create a truly integrated client experience
- Educating clients on treatment options, pre and post care, and product recommendations
- Maintaining accurate records in our EMR system in full HIPAA compliance
- Staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation — we will keep you inspired

What You Bring
- Active Tennessee RN license in good standing
- 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience — injectables, peels, and advanced treatments
- Deep familiarity with Injectables, SkinBetter Science, Obagi, and medical-grade skincare protocols.
- Experience with VI Peel and other chemical peel treatments
- Injectable expertise across the full face, neck, and hands
- A warm, consultative approach — you love building relationships as much as you love the craft
- An established book of business — this is a significant plus and will be recognized in your compensation
- Certification in aesthetics (CANS or equivalent preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR systems
Compensation & Perks
