The Line Cook at the River House at Odette’s is tasked with working as a member of a culinary team to complete the daily preparation, plating, and presenting of all food items of the restaurant in an effective, heartfelt, and attractive manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Present food items using proper plating and presenting techniques.
· Coordinate completion of food items with the expo.
· Take proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, utensils, other equipment, and kitchen workspaces.
· Foster teamwork in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
· Assist with prep of food items as necessary or directed.
· Adhere to all applicable food safety federal, state, and local law.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
