Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Diesel Mechanic in a fleet maintenance environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, and electrical systems.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Relevant certifications or training in diesel mechanics.
- Must have valid Driver's License, CDL a plus, Clean MVR.
- Must provide own hand tools & toolbox.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of diesel mechanics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the fleet.
- Conduct regular inspections of trucks and chassis to identify and address mechanical issues.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Using Tech Tools and other diagnoses technologies to log in, research, complete repairs, and including basic vehicle diagnostics and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow and enhance overall shop performance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory (knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and Email).
