Home Renovation Specialist
Company: Boast Home Management
Compensation: $50 - $60/hour
Location: Greater Philadelphia / Main Line
Boast is seeking a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Home Renovation Specialist to join our construction team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing a wide variety of repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction tasks in residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and construction-related tasks
- Assist with remodeling, renovation, punch-list, and project completion work
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, trim work, and finish work
- Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and fixtures
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs (where permitted by law)
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and team members
Qualifications
- Proven construction, remodeling, or maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience working in occupied residential properties is preferred
Our Hiring Process
We are seeking a long-term, full-time team member who is looking to grow with our company. As part of our hiring process, all candidates will begin by completing 2–3 projects on an independent contractor basis. This allows both parties to evaluate the fit, work style, communication, and overall working relationship before making a long-term commitment.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
