Pool Water Products is currently hiring for a full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate at our Sacramento, California distribution facility.
The Position
While primarily focused on Delivery Driver responsibilities, this position also assists with warehouse operations when not delivering products to our local clients. This position is and has always been the starting point for all our branch and assistant managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver products to our local customers timely and safely (training provided)
- Receiving and pulling products for delivery
- Loading / unloading products
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean inventory and work areas
- Participate in cycle counts for inventory accuracy
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and capabilities:
- At least 1 year experience in a distribution center / warehouse environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- 2 years of commercial delivery driving experience required (ex: box trucks, stake bed trucks...)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
- Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
