About the Role: Top-tier closers don’t want a ceiling on their income, and they don't want to be micromanaged. At All Texas Media, we are looking for a highly driven, self-starting sales professional who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close. GoHighLevel knowledge required!
This is a 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor role. Your compensation is a direct reflection of your drive and success. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting to conducting discovery calls and finalizing the agreement. We don't do complex tiered payouts or front-loaded gimmicks. You close the deal, you get a flat 20% of the gross for the life of the client.
Our prime targets are established businesses in affluent communities that are currently operating with outdated websites or neglected social media. The market is completely open, the problem is obvious to the business owner, and our media solutions solve it directly.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Identifying and actively prospecting businesses that strongly need a modernized digital footprint.
- Managing the entire pipeline from the initial cold outreach to the final closed deal.
- Building long-term, profitable relationships with business owners.
- Maintaining a high level of autonomy while driving consistent sales growth.
