Job Title: Property Manager
Summary: This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role until training is completed. The property manager role then moves to work at your home office. There are stipulations and things that the managers return to the office to help with. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the properties, manage owner relationships, coordinate maintenance and repairs, coordinate proposals for large-scale projects, and ensure compliance with the association's governing documents.
This is a full-time salary position started at $55K per year with the potential for growth. Company reimburses mileage for the use of your own vehicle. On call (company provided cell phone) is required occasionally with the need to be available during the evening for customer meetings. Candidate must be a self-motivated individual capable of working on your own setting, goals and objectives to complete tasks as provided by customers and to set their own schedule based on workload.
Compensation:
$55,000 annual starting salary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Property Management - Willingness to Learn
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle tenant inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of appropriate software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Position Include (but are not limited to):
- Listen attentively to questions and comments. Communicate in a professional and composed demeanor under all circumstances. Respond to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
- Organize time effectively and successfully balance the competing demands of multiple projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems.
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community’s documents, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure property improvement and other construction-related projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively overseeing all construction projects.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
- Ability to run a Board meeting. Create a management report in advance of the meeting.
Work Location: In person moving to remote after training is completed.
