How You Will Make an Impact

Execute full-scale installations, detailed service, and preventative maintenance on diverse HVAC systems.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical malfunctions swiftly to restore optimal climate control performance.
- Manage refrigerant handling and recovery processes safely and in strict accordance with EPA regulations.
- Interpret architectural blueprints and technical schematics accurately to guide precise field layouts.
- Deliver exceptional onsite customer service by explaining technical solutions clearly to property owners.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to maintain premium quality standards and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC installation and service workflows.
- Possess a valid and active EPA refrigerant handling license.
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius of the main location.
- Strong field problem-solving skills paired with an advanced mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven track record of demonstrating professional integrity and working safely in dynamic environments.
