About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy analytical thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing and information systems? We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a vital bridge between our Marketing and Information Systems (IS) departments. Work with senior Marketing management team and Information Systems on analyzing current Marketing systems ecosystem, developing strategic technology and systems roadmap. Develop and coordinate user-oriented testing and implementation of modified and/or new computer systems/applications or processes. Serve as a liaison between the Marketing Department and other departments, especially the Information Systems (IS) Department, by providing an advanced technological and communicative bridge between Marketing business objectives/requirements. Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Mathematics or related field
· Three (3) years related experience and/or training
· Applicants with equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
Required Skills and Abilities
· Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications especially excel and querying tools. Proficiency in SQL.
· Proven knowledge of programming concepts and/or languages.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
· Demonstrated strong logically and analytical capability
· Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, including excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully, independently, and as a team with people
· Ability to build consensus and establish strong working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Systems Analysis & Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing and Information Systems departments to analyze current system functionality and processes, document workflows, and develop a strategic roadmap for streamlining the system environment and achieving desired future states.
- Project Leadership & Implementation: Participate in projects to assess and replace existing systems as outlined in the roadmap. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, technical research, solution selection, implementation, testing, and validation of new systems.
- Requirements Evaluation: Evaluate marketing requirements for new or modified systems/applications to determine feasibility, compatibility with existing infrastructure, and project prioritization.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive testing strategies and plans, including detailed project task lists, to validate new or modified systems against marketing objectives and resolve any discrepancies before implementation.
- Post-Implementation Monitoring: Monitor new or modified systems post-implementation and suggest future potential enhancements.
- System Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot Marketing systems/applications (including, but not limited to, the Agency Commission System, Bonus System, In-Force System, and Ranking System), recommending and assisting with implementation of solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Write documentation for new or modified systems/applications and/or business processes.
- Project Management: Effectively manage projects as a business project lead, working with both internal departments and external vendors/contractors.
- Reporting & Analytics: Conduct research and investigation to produce various ad hoc reports and presentations utilizing tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe software, web development software, and querying tools to enable strategic decision-making by management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of marketing trends to continuously improve and maximize the Marketing Department’s utilization of computer technology.
- Process Improvement: Identify established marketing business procedures and recommend future business and computer system/application objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, implementation status, and potential issues/problems to Marketing management.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
