Anchor Health - Remote
We’re hiring a remote Hospice Finance & Operations Manager with direct hospice financial experience. This role owns the P&L, month‑end close, payroll oversight, and daily accounting operations in QuickBooks, while supporting billing workflows in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB).
Responsibilities:
Manage hospice P&L, forecasting, and variance reporting
Lead month‑end close: reconciliations, accruals, journal entries
Oversee payroll (benefits, mileage, misc)
Handle AP/AR, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking
Support hospice billing and claims review in HCHB
Maintain audit‑ready financial documentation
Provide financial insights to leadership
Requirements:
3–5+ years hospice or home health finance experience (required)
Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice reimbursement
Hands‑on QuickBooks experience
Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and Inovalon
Month‑end close + GAAP accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Remote work discipline and reliability
