Nelkin Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for our apartment properties. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle general grounds maintenance and property upkeep.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of landscape maintenance duties to include watering, mowing, weeding, trimming, renovating and fertilizing lawns.
- Calibrate and apply various fertilizers and pesticides related to plant and grass maintenance
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including hand tools, mowers, edgers, and blowers
- Assist with the installation of new irrigations systems
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Conduct daily inspections and remove all debris, including pine cones, litter, and other natural waste, from grounds, walkways, and common areas.
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
