Office Assistant Tasks
- Check voicemail & call back numbers
- For persons who told you call back the following day, call them back
- Answer office phone on second ring
- Call persons on list and collect customer information (100 Minimum-250/day) If email is collected, before you leave send out emails to all customers
- Set appointments for estimates
- Research commercial accounts, contact management
- Create Excel spreadsheet, enter data collected from commercial accounts
- Ensure office supplies are in stock
- Order office supplies Must review supply list with Noel * Assist Noel with tasks outside of the Office
- Store runs
- Creating estimate and following up with customers.
- Good with apple computers
- ( imac,ipad,iphone,macbook) you will be using .
- Reaching out to vendors .

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
