Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
- Implement and uphold strict food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine is a plus
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety sanitizing procedures
