Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth is growing and seeking an individual to join our leadership team who has a passion for helping others in the autism community! Lighthouse was founded in 2022 on the belief that every child is worthy of quality care. Founded by a mother of a child with ASD and a BCBA, Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth is a non-corporate family like environment with the shared goal to provide the highest quality of ABA services. This role provides services in-clinic, in-home and in the community!
The following are required for the position:
- Master Degree in Behavior Analysis, special education, or other qualifying field
- BCBA and LBA
- Required: Experience working with a diverse range of clients and families
- Required: Leadership experience
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a BCBA

Job Duties and Requirements:
- Promote a positive culture and work environment amongst leadership and staff. Model the core values of Lighthouse daily.
- Maintain an average minimum of 20 billable hours per week through an assigned caseload of 2 clients and other appropriate billable clinical responsibilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day internal operations of the clinical department and ensure established clinical processes, systems, and expectations are being followed consistently across the clinic.
- Serve as the primary point of oversight for CentralReach organization and maintenance, ensuring client and staff profiles, learning trees, programs, data collection systems, documentation, and other required information are accurate, current, and appropriately organized.
- Routinely audit CentralReach client trees to ensure programs are appropriately entered, active and mastered targets are accurately reflected, data collection is occurring as expected, and outdated or duplicate programming is addressed.
- Monitor clinical documentation completion and accuracy, including session notes, supervision documentation, caregiver training documentation, assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and other required clinical records.
- Ensure BCBAs, CSAs, RBTs, and students are completing required documentation within Lighthouse and payer-established timelines and follow up directly when documentation is missing, late, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- Maintain oversight of upcoming authorization expirations, reassessment deadlines, treatment plan due dates, report deadlines, and other time-sensitive clinical requirements to prevent lapses in services or delayed submissions.
- Monitor caseload assignments and clinical coverage to ensure clients have an identified supervising provider and appropriate internal coverage during PTO, staffing changes, leaves of absence, or transitions between providers.
- Maintain oversight of BCBA/CSA caseload organization, including client assignments, staffing needs, authorization hours, scheduled supervision, caregiver training requirements, and other operational expectations associated with each caseload.
- Oversee internal systems for tracking RBT supervision requirements and work with BCBAs/CSAs to ensure supervision is scheduled, documented, and completed within required timeframes
- Ensure new clients are appropriately established within CentralReach and IntakeQ prior to the start of services, including necessary programs, documentation, data collection systems, authorization information, team assignments, and other required components.
- Oversee the internal clinical components of client admissions, transfers, transitions, and discharges to ensure CentralReach and other clinical records accurately reflect the client's current status.
- Support onboarding of new BCBAs, CSAs, RBTs, and students by ensuring they understand Lighthouse’s documentation standards, CentralReach expectations, clinical workflows, and internal processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve internal clinical workflows, checklists, templates, tracking systems, and standard operating procedures to increase consistency and efficiency across the clinical department.
- Conduct routine internal audits of clinical records and systems to identify missing documentation, inconsistencies, upcoming deadlines, or other operational concerns before they impact billing, authorization, compliance, or client services.
- Collaborate closely with Chief Clinical Officer and CSA leadership roles, referring matters related to treatment quality, programming recommendations, clinical development, or intensive clinical coaching to the appropriate leader while maintaining responsibility for operational follow-through.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinical department and ownership regarding day-to-day clinical operations, documentation compliance, outstanding deadlines, CentralReach organization, and systemic barriers affecting clinic operations.
- Assist with planning and facilitating weekly leadership meetings with ownership and provide updates regarding clinical operations, documentation compliance, authorization timelines, caseload needs, and outstanding action items.
- Monitor completion of clinical department responsibilities and proactively address overdue or incomplete tasks rather than waiting for concerns to escalate.
- Participate in leadership initiatives, staff development, clinic-wide training, and projects related to improving the efficiency, organization, and compliance of Lighthouse’s clinical operations.
- Perform additional operational and leadership responsibilities as needed to support the efficient day-to-day functioning of Lighthouse
- Collaborate with Calvin and CCC’s for proper documentation for staff warnings, write ups, disciplinary action notices, terminations, etc.
