Show-Me Community Services is a family-owned organization providing individualized supported living (ISL) services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our evening team.

Position Overview
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community involvement. Evening shifts focus on routines, activities, and preparing individuals for a successful night.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care as needed
- Support engagement in activities and routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
- Accurately document services and follow care plans
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all agency policies and state regulations
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check or obtain an exception letter
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to attend orientation and required training during business hours (Tuesday–Friday)
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Ability to work every other weekend
