We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Fabricator & Installer to join our growing team creating custom environments, displays, art pieces, trade show exhibits, convention installations, branded experiences, and one-of-a-kind builds.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, building creative projects, and seeing your work come to life in real-world spaces, this could be a great fit. Every project is different, and our work combines craftsmanship, creativity, fabrication, construction, and installation in a fast-paced environment.
This is not repetitive factory work — this is a role for someone who enjoys building unique things and being part of a creative team.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate custom components, structures, displays, and scenic elements
- Work with wood, metal, millwork, and other materials
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install projects with precision
- Assist with onsite installations for trade shows, conventions, events, and custom environments
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, and layouts
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Collaborate with designers, fabricators, installers, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fabrication, construction, carpentry, welding, manufacturing, scenic fabrication, or related trades
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, move, and work in active shop/install environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate oversized vehicles. Moving vans, sprinter vans, box trucks.
- Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding, heavy equipment operation, and construction practices.
- Prior experience working with assembly processes in manufacturing or construction settings is beneficial.
- Events, trade shows, theatrical, art fabrication, or convention experience is a bonus

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
