Orthodontic experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments.
- Take digital radiographs, photographs, and intraoral scans as needed.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
- Help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
Additional Responsibilities
- Utilize digital technologies, including 3D printing, to fabricate clear retainers in our in-house laboratory.
- Assist with maintaining digital workflows and communication with outside laboratories.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the practice.

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RDA license required.
- Orthodontic experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer-based systems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
