Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to oversee daily order fulfillment, inventory processing, and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring incoming inventory is accurately processed, customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and day-to-day warehouse operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization, and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order fulfillment from pick/pack through shipment
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely dispatch of all orders
- Process all incoming inventory by counting, inspecting, quality-checking, and preparing newly delivered merchandise for sale
- Verify inventory quantities and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Fold, organize, and prepare apparel to company presentation standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocks and cycle counts
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Manage shipping platforms (including Whatnot) and troubleshoot shipping-related issues
- Assist in developing and improving fulfillment processes and operational workflows
- Train and support fulfillment team members as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Qualifications
- MUST be able to fold women’s apparel to look presentable and professional
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, or e-commerce logistics
- Experience with live-commerce fulfillment (TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or similar platforms) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with shipping and inventory systems (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.) is preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday
- Forklift certification is a PLUS, but NOT required
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
