Primary duty is to provide exceptional customer service through all banking channels. This includes in person, by telephone or on-line. Supervision experience is required to provide oversight, and support to the Customer Care Representatives in this location. Experience in opening new deposit accounts this includes Checking , Savings and Business checking , ensuring the customer receives the most appropriate account type for their needs. Promote bank products and assist customers with their banking needs. Other duties as assigned in the Internal Control Plan. Understand Bank products and services, policies, procedures and regulations according to this position. Responsible for security and loss prevention efforts according to this position.
