Collections Specialist

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT: Support the client's asset recovery operations by managing a portfolio of defaulted real estate-secured loan accounts. Success in this role is measured by accurate account management, timely coordination with foreclosure partners, and efficient progression of assets through the disposition process.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Manage a pipeline of defaulted loan accounts secured by real property.
- Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to support account progression.
- Update account records accurately and maintain documentation.
- Prepare bids and move eligible accounts into Real Estate Owned (REO) status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of assigned accounts.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with default servicing, collections, foreclosure, or loss mitigation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.50 per hour
