Full-Time Bike Rental Operations & Fleet Technician

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and mechanically inclined person to join our growing bike rental company on Hilton Head Island.
This isn’t just a job fixing bikes. You’ll be an important part of creating great vacation experiences for thousands of families who visit Hilton Head each year.

What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering and picking up bicycles throughout Hilton Head Island.
- Performing bicycle maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
- Assembling new bikes and accessories.
- Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles.
- Organizing and maintaining our rental fleet.
- Helping customers with bike sizing and equipment.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Assisting with inventory and seasonal projects.
- Working with our team to make sure every customer has an amazing experience.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a positive attitude.
- Is dependable and shows up on time.
- Enjoys working outside.
- Can lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Is comfortable driving a truck and trailer (or willing to learn).
- Has basic mechanical skills (bike experience is a huge plus, but not required).
- Takes pride in doing quality work.
- Works well independently without constant supervision.
- Enjoys helping people.
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Bicycle shops
- Marine industry
- Golf cart service
- Small engine repair
- Automotive repair
- Watersports
- Outdoor recreation
- Equipment rental
- Landscaping
- Delivery services

Schedule
- Full-time
- Year-round position
- Weekend availability required during our busy season
- Typical schedule is 40 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities available during peak season
