Position: Door to Door Canvasing Team Leader
We are seeking a proven field marketing leader to oversee canvassing operations, team performance, recruiting, and lead generation. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + commission
Team overrides
Earn $125K–$175K+
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding process to scale the field team
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide hands-on field coaching
- Plan and manage neighborhood territories and daily routes
- Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive canvassing results
- Implement strategies to consistently achieve lead generation goals
Requirements:
- Proven canvassing management experience in home improvement (required)
- Experience hiring, training, and retaining field marketing reps
- Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics
- Leadership mindset with ability to drive team performance
