Weekend Only Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Weekend Only RN Supervisor team at Harmony Care at Giddings. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring exceptional service in a warm and inviting environment. Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure that all clinical standards are met
Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and other healthcare staff
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Coordinate patient transfer and discharge processes
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
Valid CPR certification
Weekend only
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
Salary Range: $40-$45/hr
