As a Licensed Hair Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. You will assist our experienced stylists, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to creating a positive salon experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with hair cutting, coloring, and styling as needed
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage salon inventory and restock supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing client records
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques through continuous learning
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Strong passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Previous experience in a salon setting is a plus
