Morton's Siesta Market is in immediate need of a FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME MEAT CUTTER.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cutting and fabrication of various meat products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, chicken)
- Working with meat grinder
- Taking physical inventory of product
- Assisting Customers
- Ordering meat and other products
- Cleaning and sanitizing work area
Applicants must have:
- GREAT customer service skills
- 3 to 4 years minimum prior experience in the field
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Positive mental attitude and aim-to-please approach.
- Strong work ethic
- Other culinary and leadership experience always a plus!!
Candidates may be asked to perform an on-site cutting test as a condition of hire.
A flexible schedule is a must. Some nights (until 8 pm) and weekends are part of the job. Paid vacations and medical/dental insurance are available to FT employees.
