The Laser Lounge Spa is looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to join our North Naples team. This is a unique hybrid role combining aesthetic treatments, laser services, and front desk responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both patient care and creating exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do
Aesthetic Services
- Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
- Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare products and home care
- Assist in creating long-term treatment plans
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Laser Services
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments (based on certification and training)
- Maintain treatment documentation and patient records
- Ensure all treatments follow safety protocols and medical standards
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries
- Process payments and assist with memberships and retail sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Must be qualified in at least two (2) of the following three areas:
- Current Florida Facial Specialist (Aesthetician) License
- Florida Laser Certification
- Front Desk/Patient Coordinator experience (medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar preferred)
- Previous medical spa or aesthetics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and retail recommendations experience is a plus
- Comfortable using scheduling software and EMR systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
