About the Role
The Casino Banker is responsible for all Cage Bank activities during assigned shifts.
Position Responsibilities

Receives and accounts for all funds turned into the Main Bank from all departments, the Chip Bank to and from table games, and the check (marker bank) as necessary.

Maintains accountability for the Cage Operations Department including meeting all necessary deposits, net win, impress level, etc.

Completes all required paperwork, money exchanges, bag redemptions, buys multiple drops from the Countroom, prepares cassettes for the NRT machines, etc.

Maintains a high level of integrity to protect and safeguard the company’s assets and funds.

May be asked to perform Casino Cashiering functions if necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
-
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.

Must have manual dexterity to allow for inputting of data into computer software and be capable of viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of cash handling experience is required.
- Strong math skills required.
- Some banking or accounting experience is preferred.
