Seeking a Community Leasing Manager (individual or Couple) to care for our 39 unit in Glendale apartment building. Desire applicant(s) with 2 years + CA experience in Leasing and management for property and overseeing residents at upscale property in Glendale. Verifiable management experience and exposure to landlord tenant guidelines and law. Knowledge of policies and procedures, and should be an excellent communicator with sales experience. Desire couple or individual who has a commitment to the welfare of both tenants and property, and the ability to adhere to management guidelines, lease apartments and effectively supervise Residents and oversee property. Experience and willingness to do some maintenance or repairs is a bonus. Compensation includes onsite apartment rent credit.
