Packer / Production Associate
Job Summary
Impact Employment Solutions is hiring dependable Packers / Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in the area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term employment. In this role, you'll help package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging.
- Label, count, weigh, and verify products prior to shipment.
- Seal boxes and containers using tape, glue, or other packaging materials.
- Work alongside machine operators and production team members to meet daily production goals.
- Complete production and packaging paperwork accurately.
- Perform final assembly or packaging as needed.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Basic math and counting skills.
