JOB SUMMARY
This position will be a lead HVAC technician, perform service, repair, and maintenance independantly on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus is required. Excellent communication and mentoring skills required.

JOB DUTIES
- Perform diagnostic and safety check and present to the customer
- Create estimates to solve customers issues
- Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Honest evaluation and root cause analysis of customer needs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 5+ years prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
