Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk-management strategies.

Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, change management, and reporting.

Direct project engineers, superintendents, trade partners, consultants, and specialty vendors.

Drive safety excellence and ensure compliance with site, client, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, trade partners, and stakeholders.

Coordinate critical MEP systems, commissioning activities, integrated systems testing, and turnover processes.

Lead project meetings and provide executive-level updates regarding project status, risks, and performance metrics.

Ensure quality standards are achieved across all phases of the project.

Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges while maintaining project objectives.
