What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak with homeowners about fiber internet services and promotions
- Help customers upgrade to faster and more dependable internet
- Generate new customer accounts through face-to-face interaction
- Learn effective communication and closing techniques
- Track leads and customer information using company systems
- Represent the team professionally in the field
Expectations
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Willingness to travel for up to 7 to 14 days at a time
- Must be willing to travel to different markets across the United States
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with customers face-to-face daily
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers and teammates
- Consistency, coachability, and willingness to learn are essential in this role
