Job Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that food is cooked properly and at the right temperature
- Plate and garnish dishes before they are served
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Skills:
- Cooking skills: Proficient in cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, baking, etc.
