We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related treatments. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality eyelash extension services, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience, contributing to retail sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar lashing role is required.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, particularly in a med spa or beauty retail environment.
- Skills in body waxing, hair styling, barbering, or tattooing are considered a plus.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer relationship management is beneficial.
