Class A CDL Driver – Local Belly Dump (Home Daily) Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
TruCor LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for local belly dump work.
We run a disciplined, professional fleet with assigned trucks and home-daily schedules.
Pay & Benefits
- $22-$30 hour base pay (Based on experience and driving record) Overtime after 40, Weekly pay, Quarterly performance-based production bonus opportunities, Quarterly safety incentive.
High performers who maximize production and maintain clean safety records can earn $80,000–$95,000+ annually.
Schedule
- Steady year-round work, Monday through Friday, with two scheduled Saturdays per month. Additional overtime and weekend opportunities are available based on workload and driver preference.

Commercial belly dump experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, maintain a clean MVR and strong safety record, and demonstrate a professional, dependable work ethic. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL tractor-trailer combinations in compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Transport aggregate, soil, and construction materials using belly dump trailers to and from customer locations, pits, and job sites.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and promptly report any maintenance or equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, inspection reports, and required DOT documentation.
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials while protecting equipment and maintaining product quality.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and job-site personnel regarding schedules, deliveries, and operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment and work area.
- Demonstrate safe driving practices, situational awareness, and a commitment to protecting the public, customers, and fellow employees.
- Support company goals by maximizing productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
