Composite Aerospace Manufacturing company seeking Entry Level Composite Lay-up Technician.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the lay-up of composite materials according to detailed specifications and work instructions
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency during production processes
- Collaborate with team members on materials handling, millwork, and construction tasks to meet production goals
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in learning fabrication and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts (training provided)
- Experience or interest in manufacturing, composite materials, and aerospace a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work safely in a busy environment
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to composite materials, fabrication, and assembly processes
