Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to meet their retail needs
- Promote and sell products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management
- Process sales using retail software and perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with loan processing and financial services inquiries when applicable
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, are essential for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of financial software systems is a plus to streamline sales processes
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
