Duties
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Assist servers and bartenders by bussing tables promptly, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and assisting with basic kitchen duties when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- Help with catering setups and banquet events by setting up tables, serving stations, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning standards.
- Experience in bussing, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable.
