Qualifications of Water Well Pump Technician:
- 1-2+ years Well Water Industry experience - Water Well, Groundwater, Irrigation, Pump Service/Equipment required
- CDL A or in Process of Obtaining One
- Mechanical or Electrical Troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with Pumps, Water Distribution Systems, Heavy Equipment, or Pipe Install Equipment preferred

Responsibilities of Water Well Pump Technician:
- Operating pump service rigs and servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and removing water well pumping systems for agricultural and commercial customers
- Responsibilities include pulling and installing pumps, servicing motors and pumping equipment, diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical issues, preventative maintenance, completing repairs, and supporting field service operations
- Work may involve water wells, irrigation systems, pumps, motors, pipelines, water distribution equipment, drainage systems, and other agricultural water infrastructure
- Projects may include pump replacements, well rehabilitation, irrigation upgrades, pipeline work, and other agricultural water system projects
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures including lockout/tag out
