Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist RN to oversee residential assisted living facilities on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Requirements:
- Valid and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Idaho or compact nurse licensure.
- Two years experience in Residential Assisted Living.
- CPR/First Aid
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medication administration, ensuring accurate documentation within IDAPA rules.
- Support residents with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory or geriatrics care through compassionate patient-centered approaches.
- Manage medication protocols for none licensed caregivers .
- Provide specialized behavioral health support to residents with cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with RN and House Managers to ensure continuum of care.
