Summary: The Client Coordinator will onboard clients, respond to client requests, conduct client billing, maintain client records, and prepare production reports for the CCUA kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Applicant will be required to pass a background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Will answer phone calls and emails from clients utilizing excellent customer service.
- Will onboard new clients, responding to them quickly, putting them on the schedule and selecting delivery routes.
- Will address client concerns and/or volunteer concerns about clients.
- Will use Zippy software to manage client changes to schedule or menu.
- Will produce correct labeling for special meal types.
- In conjunction with other staff, client coordinator will sometimes visit clients on first day and ensure initial client paperwork is filled out and that client files are complete.
- Will do monthly billing using Quick Books.
- Will perform client account tracking
- Will communicate with the food provider staff regarding meal types and count prior to each week and keep record of the day’s meal counts and the week’s total count report.
- Will possibly deliver meals when volunteer resources are low
- Will learn about senior resources by attending appropriate community activities.
- Perform other duties necessary for the well-being of MOW, as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications\Skills:
- ·Be detailed-oriented.
- ·Demonstrate excellent computer skills using Microsoft programs Word and Excel. Will learn Zippy, a meal delivery software..
- Demonstrate and support a positive attitude and engage in respectful interactions with others
- Demonstrate strong human relation skills working with and supporting volunteers and clients of all ages
- Act in accordance with our principles of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in conversations regarding personal information
- Commit to work at all times to keep the image of MOW positive to the public
- Able to follow through on commitments and deadlines necessary to maintain a positive working environment
- Commitment to building trust and confidence in the work environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have a Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation to assist with delivery

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing to volunteers and other employees. The employee may be required to pack delivery bags, lift/move delivery bags full of meals for delivery, and navigate delivery of meals in our delivery area.
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
