Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe and/or Mill machines
- Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Perform offsets, tooling changes, and machine adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor quality and troubleshoot minor machining issues
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent CNC Lathe and/or Mill experience
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- CNC setup experience preferred
- Experience with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, or similar controls is a plus
