All our Crew Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Crew Member. You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room), or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.

Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to 233 Legacy Dr, Burlington, IA 52601
- Must be proficient in reading and writing
- Driver's license preferred but not required
- No experience necessary
Front of House Support Duties:
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Buffet Coordination and Maintenance
- Uses Point of Sale system/cash register - cashier responsibilities
- Ensures dining room cleanliness
- Phone Responsibilities
Back of House Support Duties:
- Prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Processing orders and out the door order coordination
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
