Responsibilities
- Provide personalized coaching to real estate agents on negotiation tactics, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Develop and implement tailored marketing plans to increase property visibility and attract prospective buyers
- Support agents in understanding and complying with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure ethical practices
- Enhance communication skills within teams by facilitating training sessions on effective client interactions and organizational skills
- Assist with property management best practices, including administrative processes and documentation accuracy
- Conduct regular performance assessments, set actionable goals, and track progress toward productivity benchmarks
- Foster a positive learning environment by offering ongoing mentorship, motivation, and constructive feedback
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with a strong understanding of the industry’s legal and regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated success in coaching or training others in negotiation, marketing, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards within the industry
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey concepts and motivate teams
