License, Experience, Salon Assistant / Shampoo Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and motivated Salon Assistant / Shampoo Assistant to join our salon team!
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to learn more about the beauty industry. Your main responsibilities will include washing clients’ hair, helping stylists during services, and keeping the salon clean and organized.
Full-time only - Late hours might needed depending on the salon clients
Responsibilities
- Wash and condition clients’ hair
- Help stylists with daily salon tasks
- Keep the salon clean and organized
- Prepare clients for their appointments
- Help maintain towels, tools, and supplies
- Assist with blow drying and basic salon support when needed
- Make clients feel comfortable and welcome
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional with clients
- Previous Experience with a salon
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the beauty industry
- Salon experience is a plus, but not required
- Cosmetology License is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
